Jose Fernandez

Before we get to all the fun I have had over the last month, what a sad day for baseball, Miami and the anyone that has ever seen or met Jose Fernandez.  I was reading an article this last week where the writer was saying the Marlins needed to trade him this offseason to gain max value before he became a free agent.  I did take a second and ponder what it would take for the Cardinals to get him.  Very sad to see such a vibrant personality end before his time.  Maybe he is testing his arm on some of the all time greats now.
 
 


Always smiling.  Such an old soul that had seen more than most in a lifetime, but tragically gone way too early in life.
